What data we receive
The contact form does not send any data to our server. When you press one of the send buttons, WhatsApp or your email app opens with the message already written and you decide whether to send it. We only receive what you send us: your name, your phone number (optional), what you need and your message, plus your WhatsApp number or email address. The same applies if you call us.
Why we use it
- To reply to you and prepare the quote you ask for (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to answer your request and, if we sign a contract, as long as the law requires (for example, accounting obligations).
Who else has access
If you write to us on WhatsApp or by email, the message goes through those providers (WhatsApp, your email provider) under their own policies. The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which may keep technical logs (for example, the IP address) for security.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies or any analytics or advertising tools. The language you choose is stored only in your browser (localStorage) so we can show the site in your language on your next visit.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. Write to us at dslpeletindustry@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro), or with the authority in your country.
