From raw material to bag, with DSL PELET pellet mills of up to 15 t/h. Plus compact lines inside a container.

30–210 kW hammer mills and drum or belt dryers.

From 0.5 to 90 t/h, for pigs, cattle, sheep, poultry and fish. 3–10 mm pellets.

Packaging and palletizing
1–50 kg bagging machines, palletizing robots handling up to 560 bags/h, and stretch wrappers.

70–220 m³ sawdust silos with filtration, and walking floor hoppers.

Before you invest
How much does a pellet line cost?
It depends on the raw material, its moisture content and the capacity you need. Use the configurator or tell us about your plans and we’ll send you a detailed quote.
How much space and electrical power do I need?
It depends on the capacity of the line. With the design, you get the layout of the line in your building and the installed power.
How long does it take to install a line?
It depends on the size of the line and the machinery. To give you an answer, we need a few details about your project.
Is a pellet plant profitable?
Pellets are a cheap, clean fuel in high demand in Romania, especially in rural areas, and an automated line needs little labour. Profitability depends mainly on what your raw material costs you. If you like, we can help you with your business plan.
Are there small lines to get started?
Yes, our baby pellet lines: compact and installed in a container. You don’t need to build or rent a building, and you avoid some of the permits.
What happens if something breaks down?
You get a 12–24 month warranty, and after that we keep providing service and maintenance in Romania. We also repair lines from other manufacturers.
